Do NOT spend your money here. Less than 15 hours ago, I bought a ponytail for my daughter. As I open the package to put it on, the clip fell out. You can clearly tell that the stitching wasn’t done right, In other words defective. The lady at the front counter was nasty towards me right away and had an even nastier look on her face! Right away, she said you must’ve did that when you tried putting it on. Didn’t Look at it or anything. I said this happened right when I took the item out of the packaging. Then she says we have an all sales are final policy on ponytails. The thing was only $12,, Which makes me even more upset. Now it’s about the principal. I have spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars there. I needed the item so I was gonna go grab it off the shelf, but I decided no, I will give their competitors a try. Hope the loss of business was worth $12 to them. Also, a suggestion for the owner. Maybe hire people that are polite who are gonna represent your business professionally!!!!
