Clair Beauty Mart Reviews

Do NOT spend your money here. Less than 15 hours ago, I bought a ponytail for my daughter. As I open the package to put it on, the clip fell out. You can clearly tell that the stitching wasn’t done right, In other words defective. The lady at the front counter was nasty towards me right away and had an even nastier look on her face! Right away, she said you must’ve did that when you tried putting it on. Didn’t Look at it or anything. I said this happened right when I took the item out of the packaging. Then she says we have an all sales are final policy on ponytails. The thing was only $12,, Which makes me even more upset. Now it’s about the principal. I have spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars there. I needed the item so I was gonna go grab it off the shelf, but I decided no, I will give their competitors a try. Hope the loss of business was worth $12 to them. Also, a suggestion for the owner. Maybe hire people that are polite who are gonna represent your business professionally!!!!

This is a nice store, but the girls are really rude. They don’t even speak. They just look at you like it’s not welcoming at all. They definitely need friendly staff like if you don’t like your job don’t work there.

Awsome experience. Clean and organized shelves. Knowledgeable floor attendants and competitive prices. We joined their membership for even more discounts

This is the best beauty supply in all of Will County, they probably even give the cook county area beauty supplies a run for their money. Yea, I said it. They offer everything, have the most amazing staff, and even have a rewards program. If you have any questions about hair products, hairstyles, wigs, or beauty products the staff will happily answer them. It's like going in there talking to your cousin or auntie, depending on who's there. Even the customers are helpful and don't mind being asked questions. Coming from someone who has stood in aisles for hours reading label after label with my phone out looking ingredients up, trying to figure it all out, coming to this store was a game changer.

Extensive selection of quality merchandise display and layout of merchandise is exceptional. Egypt was a pleasant knowledgeable sales associate. Enjoyed my visit would gladly trade here again.
